Appointments
Appointments are recommended. Here is what to know before your visit.
Arrive 15 minutes early so you can settle in and start on time.
Your session begins at the scheduled time, once you have checked in at the front desk.
First Time Guests
First time guests book online so we can set up your profile before you arrive. It keeps your first check-in short.
Studio Etiquette
As a massage studio providing a quiet and relaxing environment to all our guests, we ask you to take into consideration the following:
Please respect others by keeping your voices to a minimum.
Turn off or silence your mobile devices and refrain from speaking on your devices inside.
If you have any health or medical conditions, please let your therapist and the front desk know ahead of time.
Tipping Etiquette
Our therapists work one-on-one with you for the full length of your service. Tipping is always optional. We recommend 20 percent or more, depending on how you feel after your session, and every tip goes to your therapist. If you'd ever like a different therapist, let the front desk know.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or find you a new time, so the next guest can start on time.
If your plans change, please let us know at least 12 hours ahead, so another guest can enjoy the time. You can move your visit online from your confirmation, or call us. If you cancel or move your visit less than 6 hours before it starts, we may charge 50 percent of the service price, and if you miss it without letting us know, we may charge the full service price. If something unexpected comes up, please call us as soon as you can.
Prenatal Massages
Prenatal massages are great for expecting mothers by bringing relief and improvement to the physical, mental, and chemical changes to the body. To make sure expectant mothers and their little ones are well taken care of, here is what to know:
Prenatal massage is available at every stage of pregnancy and after delivery.
Tell us how far along you are when you book so we can set the room up with the right bolsters and positioning for you.
If your pregnancy has any complications, or your doctor has asked you to avoid massage, please bring a note clearing you before your visit.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be purchased online or in-person. Click for online certificates.
Gift cards never expire, and any unused balance stays on the card for future visits.
Gift certificates cannot be applied to gratuity, since tips belong to your experience and your therapist.
