Appointments

Appointments are highly recommended. Take time to familiarize yourself with our studio policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

• Please arrive 15 min early to appointment

• Appointment time starts after check-in with front desk. Make sure to go to bathroom or any other personal business prior.
  

First Time Guests

First time guests are required to book their visit online in order to create their own personal profile with us. This allows us for a more efficient first time experience.

Studio Etiquette

As a massage studio providing a quiet and relaxing environment to all our guests, we ask you to take into consideration the following:

• Please respect others by keeping your voices to a minimum.

• Turn off or silence your mobile devices and refrain from speaking on your devices inside.

• If you have any health or medical conditions, please let your therapist and the front desk know ahead of time.
  

Tipping Etiquette

Our therapists work on their customers 100% of the time of the service, creating a personal 1-on-1 relationship between themselves and their customers. We recommend tipping your therapist 30%+ depending on how satisfied you are with your service. Provided below are the recommended amounts to tip for the different service price ranges. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service being provided, a change of therapist will be provided.

• $40-$60 Service - $20+ tip

• $60-$80 Service - $30+ tip

• $80-$100+ Service - $40+ tip

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time so you receive your full session. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may shorten the session so the next guest is not kept waiting.

Appointments may be cancelled or changed without charge up to 12 hours before the appointment time. Inside 12 hours, the cancellation is charged 50 percent of the scheduled service price. If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your appointment time and we have not heard from you, it is treated as a no-show and the full service price is charged. Life happens. If something unexpected keeps you away, call us and we will work with you.

Prenatal Massages

Prenatal massages are great for expecting mothers by bringing relief and improvement to the physical, mental, and chemical changes to the body. To make sure expectant mothers and their little ones are well taken care of, here is what to know:

• Prenatal massage is available at every stage of pregnancy and after delivery.

• Tell us how far along you are when you book so we can set the room up with the right bolsters and positioning for you.

• If your pregnancy has any complications, or your doctor has asked you to avoid massage, please bring a note clearing you before your visit.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be purchased online or in-person. Click for online certificates.

• Gift certificates never expire, and any unused balance stays on the certificate for future visits. Balances under ten dollars are redeemable in cash on request.

• Gift certificates cannot be applied to gratuity, since tips belong to your experience and your therapist.
