Massage Enhancements

Hot Stones

- Deep, steady warmth
- May help tight muscles let go
- Add to any service

Smooth, heated stones rest along your back and glide over tight muscles. The heat may help muscles loosen sooner and can make it easier to relax into the massage, which may also make it easier to fall asleep that night. Add hot stones to any service.

Menthol Balm

- A cooling feel on sore spots
- For stiff muscles and knots
- Only applied when you ask

A cooling balm of menthol and wintergreen oil, worked into sore, stiff muscles and stubborn knots. Menthol is a long-trusted topical for temporary relief of minor muscle aches, and the cooling feel can help those spots feel looser. It is only applied when you ask for it, never on the face, and not during prenatal sessions.

Essential Oils

- Aromatherapy
- House blend of five oils
- Add to any service

Our blend is mixed in-house from five essential oils: lavender, lemon, eucalyptus, peppermint and melaleuca. Your therapist warms the oil between their palms, holds it close for you to breathe in, then presses it at the pulse points. The scent may help you settle in, breathe more slowly and lift your mood.

Steam Mask

- Warmth over tired eyes
- For screen and driving strain
- Easier to drift off

A gently heated eye mask rests over your eyes for the length of your service. The warmth may relax the small muscles around the eyes that hold tension from screens and driving, and it can make it easier to drift off. Add it to any service.

Cupping

- Lifts instead of presses
- May reach deeper tension
- Placed where you need it

Gentle cupping lifts the tissue with suction instead of pressing into it, which may reach tension that hands alone cannot. The suction draws blood toward the surface, which is why cupping can leave round marks that fade over a few days. Tell your therapist where you want it placed.

CBD Balm

- 200mg organic hemp
- Blended with menthol and camphor
- Worked where you hold the most

A 200mg organic hemp CBD balm blended with menthol and camphor, worked into the areas that need it most. It may help sore, overworked muscles feel soothed. Ask your therapist to focus it wherever you are holding the most. It is not used during prenatal sessions.
