Who we are

This website is operated by Serenity Zen ("Serenity Zen," "we," "us"). We operate two studios: 423 N Azusa Ave, West Covina, CA 91791, and 1168 S Diamond Bar Blvd, Diamond Bar, CA 91765. Serenity Zen and the orchid mark are our trademarks.

Using this site

The site describes our services and lets you book appointments, purchase gift cards, and contact us. Booking runs through a third-party scheduling platform subject to its own terms. We work to keep prices, hours, and service descriptions accurate, and we may change them at any time. The price confirmed at booking is the price that applies.

Appointments and cancellations

Appointment, arrival, and cancellation policies are posted on our Policies page and form part of these terms.

Memberships and packages

Memberships and packages are governed by the agreement presented at signup, including price, billing date, and renewal terms. You may cancel your membership at any time by the same method you used to sign up, by emailing care@serenityzen.com, or in person at either studio. Cancellations take effect as stated in your membership agreement.

Gift cards

Gift cards and gift certificates do not expire. Unused balances remain available for future visits. Balances under ten dollars are redeemable in cash on request, as required by California law.

Our services

Massage services are provided for relaxation and general wellness by CAMTC-certified therapists. They are not medical care, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Tell your therapist about any condition that could affect your session. We may decline or end a session at our discretion to protect the safety and comfort of guests and staff.

Text and email messages

If you opt in, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional studio news. You can opt in when you book, at the front desk, or by asking us. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or email care@serenityzen.com. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Site content

The content of this site, including text, images, and the Serenity Zen name and orchid mark, belongs to Serenity Zen and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
