This policy describes how Serenity Zen ("Serenity Zen," "we") handles information collected through serenityzen.com and our studios in West Covina and Diamond Bar.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email, and appointment details through our scheduling platform. When you buy a gift card or a service, payment is handled by our payment processors, and we do not store your full card number. If you join our email or text list, we keep your contact details and preferences. Like most websites, we also receive basic technical data automatically, such as browser type, pages visited, and IP address, through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

To schedule and provide your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, process payments, respond to you, keep the records our business and the law require, send marketing you have opted into, and improve the studio and the site.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run our operations, including our scheduling platform, payment processors, and email and text providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop texts. You may also email guestrelations@serenityzen.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, and we will honor the request unless the law requires us to keep the record.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you may ask us what personal information we have collected about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email guestrelations@serenityzen.com or call either studio. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We may need to verify who you are before we act, and we will respond within the time California law allows.

Cookies and Do Not Track

You can block cookies in your browser, and parts of the site will still work. This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

The site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. If that happens, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No website can guarantee perfect security.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
