Halloween Post & Hours + Service Update

We're starting off our Halloween Post with an important update about our Service B (60-minute Reflexology). Starting 1/1/18, Service B will no longer include 10 minutes on the back and will instead consist of about 10 minutes of service on the face, head, neck, shoulders & arms during the foot soak, with the rest of the time being on the feet.

We will be open 10am-9pm, on Halloween (Tuesday, 10/31). If you're out trick-or-treating or spending time with family & friends, remember that we're open until 9pm. Come in before or after your evening to ensure a good night's rest.

Studio Rebranding & Development

As many of you may know, we recently found out that others had stolen our product names, descriptions, processes, layouts, and more and claimed it as theirs (see here). It was definitely an experience, and still is as they continue to operate without consequences as if nothing happened.

When we made this discovery, our team got together and began brainstorming ideas of how to fight back and respond. During this process, we realized that there are many ways to approach this situation and by shifting our perspective, what appears to be negative can be turned into a positive experience.

In the end, we've decided to use our time, energy, and resources on improving our studio and finding ways to continue offering unique experiences for our community. This whole process and realization was an important Zen lesson for all of us, hence our new name, Serenity Zen.

With this change, our direction is clear and we'll be moving forward. To our customers new & old, thank you for the continued support.
