We want to keep our Serenity Zen community informed about a serious incident that occurred at our West Covina location.
A fire broke out at the nail salon next door and quickly spread to several surrounding units, including ours. Thanks to the swift and dedicated efforts of the West Covina Fire Department, the blaze was contained, and—most importantly—we're relieved to report that no injuries were reported.
What We Know So Far:
Preliminary details shared by a fire chief suggest the fire originated in Bella Vous’s utility room, then spread to their kitchen and adjacent businesses.
Serenity Zen West Covina sustained water damage from the burst pipe and exposure to smoke.
Our Plan Moving Forward:
Our West Covina location will remain temporarily closed as we assess, clean, and repair the damage. We are currently planning to reopen by Friday, May 30, and will update this blog post if that changes.
